After picking 10-1 winner Beware the Bear on the opening day of the Cheltenham Festival, i racing editor Jon Freeman returns with his tips for day two.

The race of the day is the Queen Mother Champion Chase (3.30) where Nicky Henderson’s unbeaten Altior is seeking to make it 18 wins in a row.

In his preview of the race, Freeman warns that Altior’s own boredom could be a bigger threat than rivals like Min.

Dancing On My Own is the pick of the bunch in the Coral Cup Hurdle (2.50), while Grand National winner Tiger Roll, victorious in last year’s Cross Country Chase (4.10), attempts to follow up his win in the race 12 months ago and make it a fantastic four career victories in all at the Festival.

Santini’s preparation for the RSA Chase (2.10) hasn’t been ideal, but Freeman believes he is the perfect type for that race, and our man fancies Galvin (1.30), Praeceps (4.50) and Blue Sari (5.30) in the day’s other races.

Freeman’s Wednesday tips

1.30 Galvin

2.10 Santini (Next Best)

2.50 Dancing On My Own (Best Bet)

3.30 Altior

4.10 Tiger Roll

4.50 Praeceps

5.30 Blue Sari
