The deal is expected to be completed in Q3 2019. Aspire Global stated that the acquisition should have a positive effect on EBITDA for 2020. Pariplay is a leading B2B iGaming provider and game aggregator platform.

Aspire has acquired 100% of the shares as part of the deal. Pariplay has licences to operate in the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, Curacao, and Romania. In Q1 of 2019, the company generated £1.7m worth of sales. External partners of Pariplay, including 888 and GVC, will be able to access Aspire Global’s proprietary games.

Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, said that the move fits the brands strategy of “focusing on B2B-growth and external games sales”.

Aspire stated that potential US expansion was a big factor behind the move, as Pariplay have recently received permission to operate in the US state of New Jersey. Maimon said this would “act as the spearhead of our future efforts to enter the US market”.

Speaking about the deal, Gili Lisani, CEO and founder of Pariplay, said:

Pariplay has come a long way since the founding in 2011 and I am very proud of the whole team for their intense efforts and strong commitment over the years. I feel confident about sending the company off for the next phase of the growth-journey and I believe that the match with Aspire Global is great, allowing both operations to reach whole new levels. I look forward to following the progress.Gili Lisani, Pariplay CEO & Founder
