Cuba vs Canada
After dominating Martinique 4-0, Canada blew it against Mexico. The Mexicans beat the Canadians 3-1 in their Matchday 2 battle. Canada may have allowed Mexico to easily beat them, but they shouldn’t have any trouble versus Cuba.
The reason? Cuba has been outscored 10-0 in the first couple of Gold Cup matches. Mexico blitzed them 7-0 before Martinique dominated them 3-0. Canada is -4 ½ -117 on the handicap. Sounds crazy, but that’s the best wager for this match.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Canada handicap
Mexico vs Martinique
Mexico is -3 ¼ -103 versus Martinique. Although the odds are high, it’s difficult to find another suitable wager when the Mexicans battle the Martiniquais on June 23. Mexico has won their last 5 matches by a combined 20-6. The only two teams that have scored more than a goal against Mexico in their last two were Paraguay and Ecuador. Mexico won both those matches. They dominate Martinique by at least 4 goals on Sunday.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Mexico handicap

Nicaragua vs Bermuda
It’s difficult to understand why Nicaragua is favored in this match. Bermuda has played well. They lost 1-2 to both Haiti and Costa Rica. The loss to Costa Rica was particularly impressive because Los Ticos is a very good CONCACAF squad.
Costa Rica dominated Nicaragua 4-0 in Nicaragua’s Matchday 1 game. Bermuda has a real shot of beating Nicaragua in regulation on Monday.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Bermuda
Costa Rica vs Haiti
Surprise Haiti is 2-0 so far at the 2019 Gold Cup. The Haitians beat Bermuda 2-1 and the Nicaraguans 2-0. Costa Rica is the best team Haiti has faced yet, though.
Costa Rica is as solid as it gets while Haiti may have been flattered by battling soft squads. Costa Rica should roll to a two goal win. The means Los Ticos on the -1 ½ -121 handicap is the play.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Costa Rica handicap

Curacao vs Jamaica
Jamaica beat Honduras 3-2 in their last match while Curacao lost 0-1 to El Salvador. This should be a much tighter match than many believe. Still, it’s hard to see Curacao beating Jamaica. The draw at +215 seems like the logical choice.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Draw
El Salvador vs Honduras
Neither one of these squads played all that well in their first Gold Cup matches. Honduras gave up 3 goals to Jamaica while El Salvador could only beat Curacao 1-0.
In the last 5 head-to-head games between these two Central American nations, Honduras is 4-1 going all the way back to a 2013 match. El Salvador beat Honduras in the last friendly in 2018. That match happened over a year ago. Going with El Salvador here because of the slightly better odds.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: El Salvador

Guyana vs Trinidad and Tobago
The U.S. dominated Guyana 4-0 while Panama beat Trinidad and Tobago 2-0. Neither one of these squads appears capable of moving on to the elimination round. Trinidad Tobago appears slightly better than Guyana.
Instead of backing the chalk on the moneyline, why not take a shot on the handicap? Trinidad and Tobago can most definitely win by at least two and right now the odds are -1 ½ -103.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Trinidad and Tobago handicap
USA vs Panama
The United States win over Guyana was ridiculous. Panama is a much better team than Guyana, though. The Panamanians offer great odds on the handicap, +1 ¼ -113. That’s where the value is because the United States should only win by a goal while it’s hard to back Panama to beat the U.S. straight up.
2019 Gold Cup Betting Pick: Panama handicap
