Texas Champions Day at Sam Houston Race Park features the best Texas-breds the state has to offer.
Saturday's 10-race card features seven stakes races with purses totaling $525,000.
As usual, the horseplayer-friendly track will offer its multi-leg wagers with a 12-percent takeout, giving bettors plenty of chances to take advantage of the quality races.
First post for Texas Champions Day is 6:45 p.m. Central (7:45 p.m. Eastern) and the first stakes race takes place in Race 3 at 7:40 p.m. Central (8:40 p.m. Eastern). The full live card will be streamed here.
