Aintree Postcast: Day One Tipping | Betway Bowl Chase | Aintree Hurdle | Foxhunters

Updated: 23/05/2022
Bruce Millington, Keith Melrose, David Jennings and Bet365's Frank Hickey with best bets from Day One of the Grand National Festival 2019.
On the show:
– Bruce is joined in the studio by new Racing Post betting editor Keith Melrose who along with Frank and DJ select their best bets from the opening day of the Aintree Festival.
– There are four Grade 1 races to look forward to, starting with the youngsters in the Devenish Manifesto Novices' Chase – can Kalashnikov and Glen Forsa make amends for their falls in the Arkle?
– Pentland Hills was the shock winner of the Triumph Hurdle and is short priced for the Juvenile Hurdle so the team are sweet on a few Irish raiders at bigger prices.
– We also look at Clan Des Obeaux's chances in the Bowl, Buveur D'Air in the Aintree Hurdle and we preview the first race over National fences with the Randox Health Foxhunters' Open Hunters' Chase.

I could jump those fences nowadays.its just like jumping over a privat hedge.and why are the ditches so narrow.
Great start to the day with Kalashnikov!
I cant listen to there tips useless man
Who what where ew in the bumper
La bague au roi great bet 2/1 , 13/8 now let's get at them
David Jennings ..please be proud of your accent and your roots… and also try and pick a winner… occasionally
La bague is the highest rated horse in the race with the best form and winning Course and distance experience yet these clowns all vote for Kalashnikov who looks on the slide
Kalashnikov has got absolutely no chance! Le Bague Au Roi is much better than this lot
*None of the last ten winners, had won on their previous start and nine of the last ten winners, had run in the last 30 days
The 4YO Hurdle, looks a two-horse race. 11 of the last 12 winners had run at least three times
The Betway Bowl is a very tricky race. Road To Respect is a tentative selection. Elegant Escape wouldn't be without a chance
Can't see anything beating Buveur D'air
Ucello Conti was cantering in the National, two years ago, but Jacob fell off him at Becher's. Much better jock on him, this time. He must have a big chance in the Foxhunters
