Greyhound Racing Tips – the best bets for Wednesday's midweek action at Doncaster

There is plenty of competitive Graded action for punters to get their teeth stuck into on Wednesday with a 12-race card at Doncaster. The meeting is of course adhering to strict social distancing guidelines and will be held behind closed doors.

6:28: Doncaster: Taste The Magic (Trap Three)

A bitch firmly on the up. She defied a tardy start to record successive victories in this company last time out. She looks to be in the form of her life at the moment and she is very difficult to oppose.

6:58: Doncaster: Nolas Doodle (Trap Two)

This daughter of Droopys Sydney has not been in scintillating form but she takes a further drop down in grade here. She has struggled in B4s of late, but this looks a good opportunity to spark a revival.

7:18: Doncaster: Hillcroft Baby (Trap Three)

This looks a good opportunity for this bitch to gain a deserved success. She has posted a string of fine runs in defeat and shaped nicely in an event last week when second to an improver. A reproduction of that effort will see her go close in this.

7:38: Northcroft Sleet (Trap Five)

A decent race for the grade and this son of Taylors Sky can continue his upward progression. He recorded a last-gasp success over course and distance last week and based on that effort, there looks to be plenty more to come here.

8:17: Jemmas Cain (Trap One)

It was hard to be impressed by this bitch's performance earlier this week. This is a quick turnaround but she looks the sort who thrives on her racing. That was a smooth success and it also came in a good time. She makes plenty of appeal.

8:38: Tiernans Jack (Trap Six)

Pinkyponk let us down last week so it's worth taking him on this time around with this dog. He has posted a number of consistent efforts without troubling the judge in D3 company of late and this drop in grade could be the catalyst for him to get his head in front.

8:54: Rapido Bullet (Trap Four)

Has enjoyed a fine month with two placed efforts sandwiched in between a smart success on July 19. A reproduction of his last two efforts which came in decent times gives him leading claims in a race in which most of his market rivals have questions to answer.

9:28: Russanda Bess (Trap Six)

This daughter of Aero Majestic has let down favourite backers on her last two starts when backed as if defeat was out of the question. She will need to show good early this evening, but she holds the best racing time in this field and her class should see through in the finale.
