Man United lose again – Mourinho odds cut on early departure
Updated: 17/11/2024
JOSE MOURINHO'S chances of getting the sack throughout the season for the second time running have again been cut again by Ladbrokes.
Following United's third loss on the bounce the bookmakers have actually reduced Mourinho's odds of getting the boot this term to 8/1 (from 12/1) while United's odds of missing out on the top 4 also can be found into 7/4 (from 12/5).
It's 7/1 from 10s they drop to finish 7th or lower, with 8/13 provided about a complete prize blank.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “With every defeat the odds of Mourinho getting the boot before the season is out are cut. Even at this stage it appears that United may have a scrap on their hands for a leading fourth spot unless they turn things around quickly.”
