Arsenal are 5/1 to win the Europa League after being drawn against Napoli with Chelsea, who face Slavia Prague, the 15/8 favourites.
Arsenal’s chances of winning the Europa League have been made extremely difficult after they were drawn against Napoli (Arsenal 5/1, Napoli 7/2 – Europa League Outright) in the quarter-final stage of the competition.
The Gunners lost the first leg of their last-16 clash with Rennes 3-1 in France but the Premier League outfit managed to bounce back in Thursday’s second leg at the Emirates, winning 3-0 on the night and 4-3 on aggregate.
Unai Emery’s men have been rewarded with a very tough tie against Serie A side Napoli, who lost 3-1 to Salzburg in the second leg of the last round but ended up squeezing through 4-3 on aggregate.
The Arsenal boss is going for his fourth Europa League title as manager, having won the trophy three times when in charge of Sevilla, and the first leg against Gli Azzurri will be at the Emirates on April 11.
Chelsea, the second and final English team left in the competition, have been handed arguably one of the easier draws as they will take on Slavia Prague, with the first leg taking place at the Sinobo Stadium.
The Blues, who are 15/8 favourites to win the tournament, thrashed Dynamo Kiev 8-0 on aggregate in the last round whilst Prague overcame Sevilla 6-5 on aggregate.
Valencia take on Villarreal in an all-La Liga affair in the third quarter-final and the Spanish duo are priced at 8/1 and 16/1 to win the Europa League.
Los Che squeezed past Krasnodar 3-2 on aggregate in the previous round whilst the Yellow Submarine eased past Zenit 5-2 to reach the quarter-finals.
The final last-eight clash will see Benfica go up against Eintracht Frankfurt after the duo knocked out Dinamo Zagreb and Inter Milan respectively. Both teams are priced at 10/1 to win the competition.
