FA Cup Final 2019 Betting Tips, Preview & Odds - (2022)
The 2019 FA Cup final will be played at Wembley on Saturday, 18th May. It will be played between Manchester City and Watford, with kick-off at 5.00pm. The game will be broadcast on BBC One and BT Sport 2.
The game is the 138th FA Cup final. The very first final took place in 1872 and it is the world’s oldest cup competition.
Manchester City have won the FA Cup five times previously, and have appeared in 10 previous finals. Watford have never won the FA Cup, and this will be their second appearance in the final, after losing to Everton in 1984.
FA Cup Final winner odds
Manchester City have already won the Premier League and the EFL Cup. Managed by Pep Guardiola, the Sky Blues are looking to secure a historic domestic treble.
City are 2/7 favourites to win the FA Cup final in 90 minutes. The five-time winners are 1/7 to win Saturday’s final by any method, should the game to into extra time or to a penalty shoot-out.
Watford, managed by Javi Gracia, finished 11th in this season’s Premier League, having spent much of the campaign in the top-half.
They boast an impressive squad, but are 11/1 to win the final in 90 minutes, and 9/2 to win at Wembley by any means.
The Hornets can take inspiration from Wigan Athletic, who surprised Man City in the final to win 1-0 in 2013.
Two of the last five FA Cup finals have gone to extra time. It’s 11/2 for the game to be all-square after 90 minutes, prompting an additional half-hour and potentially penalties.

There’s 12/1 about Deulofeu to net the opener, with Deeney at 14/1 to score first.
In the anytime market, there’s 4/5 about Aguero and Evens for Sterling. Deulofeu is a 4/1 chance to net anytime, with Deeney at 9/2.
