MIKEL ARTETA HAS EMERGED as Bookmakers favourite to replace manager Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
Pep Guardiola's Manchester City current assistant and ex-Arsenal midfielder is now only a 13/8 bet to be given the Emirates job. He has overtaken previous favourite Max Allegri (3/1) to head the betting odds.
Elsewhere, Carlo Ancelotti (8/1) is the only other name shorter than 12/1 to be appointed in North London.
