With contract talks at the Emirates reportedly close to breaking down, Chelsea headed the betting odds for Ramsey to be signed but that was back in the summer. It's now Milan who are most likely to make a move to sign at 2/1.
The Blues have been pushed out to 7/2 second-favourites, just ahead of Liverpool in the betting odds at (5/1), Everton (6/1) and Man United (8/1) in the bookmaker betting.
Alex Apati Odds compiler said: “Ivan Gazidis' decision to leave Arsenal for AC Milan forced us to slash odds on Arsene Wenger following suit. And the domino effect may well reach Ramsey when the transfer window reopens, with contract talks reportedly breaking down with the Gunners.”
