Super Sunday tips: Wins for Chelsea, Arsenal and Man United?

Updated: 20/11/2024

Odds and previews for today’s games

Europa League commitments mean there are three Premier League games to enjoy this Sunday.

Burnley host Chelsea at Turf Moor, while the televised action sees Arsenal head to Crystal Palace, before Manchester United welcome Everton to Old Trafford.

We’re ready for today’s triple-header. Check out our previews right here…

Burnley v Chelsea (1:30pm)

After a late equaliser against Man United a week ago, Chelsea remain unbeaten under Maurizio Sarri.

The Blues comfortably saw off BATE Borisov 3-1 on Thursday, resting several key players in the process.

They’re 4/11 favourites to win at Burnley, with the Clarets 17/2 outsiders. It remains to be seen if Eden Hazard is fit in time.

The Belgian is 16/5 favourite to score first, but if he misses out, then Willian could be the man to break the deadlock at 11/2.

Crystal Palace v Arsenal (1:30pm)

Arsenal have won 11 games on the spin in all competitions. It’s their best run since 2007, but can they make it 12 wins at Selhurst Park?

The Gunners don’t always go well at Crystal Palace. They were thumped 3-0 two seasons ago, before a narrow 3-2 victory last term.

But Unai Emery’s in-form visitors are 3/4 favourites, with Roy Hodgson’s hosts 17/5 having failed to win their last four league games.

Palace are the second-lowest scorers in the division, too. There’s 12/5 about Arsenal to win to nil.

Alexandre Lacazette has been in superb form this season. The Frenchman was rested in midweek too and is 7/2 favourite to score first, 23/20 anytime and 7/2 for a brace or more.

Man United v Everton (4pm)

After defeat to Juventus on Tuesday night, it’s one win in seven for Jose Mourinho and Man United.

So the pressure is on when they host Everton. And the Toffees are in-form after three wins on the spin which has lifted them above United in the table.

But the Merseysiders have won just once at Old Trafford since 1992. United are 8/11 favourites, with a draw 11/4 and Everton 15/4 outside shots.

Romelu Lukaku is 4/1 favourite to score first against his former club. Marcus Rashford is 11/2, as is Anthony Martial after his two goals versus Chelsea.

Both teams have scored in United’s last five league games. It’s 8/11 to happen again while 12/5 says the hosts win with both teams scoring.
