Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has claimed he and his team-mates have rediscovered their identity under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (United 8/1 to win the FA Cup).

The Red Devils are now sixth in the Premier League table, level on points with fifth-placed Arsenal after a sensational run of results since Solskjaer’s arrival.

He replaced Jose Mourinho at the end of 2018 and his arrival has galvanised the whole club so far. United have now won their last six matches in all competitions and have managed to score 17 goals in the process.

They advanced into the fourth round of the FA Cup after beating Reading while they still have the Champions League knockout stages to come (United 33/1 to win Champions League).

While the Premier League title has got away from them, Pogba insists the squad are feeling good after the win over Tottenham as they try to win other trophies.

“The way we are playing we have more possession of the ball. We know more where to attack and where to go. We have more of a pattern of play and more of a structure,” Pogba told Sky Sports News.

“That makes it easier for everyone. So I would not say it is only myself. Yes, I have scored a few goals and had a few assists, but it is all the team [that deserves credit].

“It was great for us. It was great to show we are coming back and getting closer to the top. We needed points and we showed that we could beat a big team (Spurs).

“I think the team performance was great. We played against a good team. You cannot say they are not a good team because they have top players. It was a great game and it was a good victory for us.”

Odds subject to change.
