Manchester City vs Liverpool: Kick-off time, how to watch on TV and live stream online, team news, expected line-ups and odds
Updated: 27/11/2023
Thursday likely will bring with it great drama, as first faces off against second in Premier League action. Liverpool were trailing Manchester City in the table not too long ago, but a strong festive period for the former and two defeats for Pep Guardiola's side have left Jurgen Klopp's men in the title race driving seat.
The Reds currently boast a seven-point advantage at the summit of the table, with City needing a win at the Etihad to close the gap.
Fail to do so and Liverpool fans will have to start believing that this really is their year.
Here's everything you need to know heading into Thursday's high-stakes clash:

Team news and expected line-ups
Claudio Bravo and Eliaquim Mangala are still long-term absentees for Man City, while Benjamin Mendy isn't expected back from a knee injury until late February. Fabian Delph is still sidelined due to suspension.
Ilkay Gundogan should be fit for Thursday, after picking up a recent knock, while Kevin De Bruyne missed out against Arsenal due to a muscle problem but should be fit once more. Bernardo Silva has been in excellent form, however, so there is no need to rush the Belgium international back.
Liverpool should welcome James Milner back into contention this week, after a hamstring problem. The likes of Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, Dominic Solanke and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are all still sidelined due to injury, however.
Dejan Lovren will continue at centre back, while Naby Keita or Jordan Henderson could come into the centre of midfield at the expense of Xherdan Shaqiri should the visitors want to stay more solid early on. Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are the undisputed front three for Klopp.
Man City expected line-up (4-3-3): Ederson; Walker, Stones, Laporte, Zinchenko; B Silva, Fernandinho, D Silva; Mahrez, Aguero, Sterling.
Liverpool expected line-up (4-3-3): Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Van Dijk, Lovren, Robertson; Keita, Fabinho, Wijnaldum; Mane, Firmino, Salah.
