Updated: 20/03/2026
Mansion have been issued a second fine by the Dutch Gambling Authority (KSA). The KSA has fined Mansion’s owner, Gibraltar-based Onisac Limited, €450,000 for violations of the Dutch legislation.

Onisac was fined by the KSA before in 2014 after it was found to be offering its services in Holland despite not holding a licence.
The current fine totals €450,000 and is split into fines for offering gaming services without a licence (€200,000) and another €200,000 as the operator is a second time offender.
An additional €50,000 was issued as the operator was found to have placed “unreasonable administration costs” on players. According to the KSA, Onisac charges a 5% administration fee on accounts that are inactive for 180 days or more. These fees can reach €500.
The KSA reported that players were warned 30 days before the charges were made. However, the KSA said this does not act in accordance with its policies, saying they give an “unreasonable disadvantage” to players.
The site in question is casino.com, which has since been taken offline for Dutch players.
René Jansen, chairman of the KSA, said:
This is a repeat offender. That makes the violation extra harmful and is reason to double the fine. – René Jansen, KSA Chairman
Earlier this year, the KSA fined 1XBet €400,000 for targeting Dutch customers without the required licences.
In February, the Dutch Senate approved the Draft Bill on Remote Gambling. The new framework is yet to be implemented and the date it will enter into force is not yet determined.
The Bill’s passage through the Dutch legislative system took three years and was full of twists and turns. It is expected that licences will begin to be distributed in 2020. Tax is to set at 29.1% of gross revenue, and there will be stringent responsible gambling measures to be implemented before operators can be given a licence.
