The Celtic boss is enjoying his summer after resulting the Hoops to another domestic treble as well as European football after Christmas .

Considering he won the treble in his first season and has had back to back campaigns in the Champions League playing an entertaining style of football, Rodgers' stock couldn't be much higher at the moment .

But is his reputation big enough that he merits being discussed for the Real Madrid task ?

We're not sure- but two bookmakers have included him in their pricing for the next manager at the Santiago Bernabeu anyway .

Rodgers is listed at 33/1 with Boyle Sports, while Marathon Bet list him at 40/1 to replace Zinedine Zidane with the European champions .

He actually sits ahead of some other big names in the bet, including Laurent Blanc and Jose Mourinho .

Could Rodgers become the Real Madrid manager? It's unlikely at the moment, but it isn't altogether unbelievable considering he apparently speaks Spanish well and some of his coaching faculty have been taking lessons too .
