“…with the return to a more speed favouring track here playing to her strengths…”

Timeform on Dizzy G

Dizzy G 15:30 Catterick

DIZZY G has taken longer to come to hand than connections would have liked this year but last time suggested that she is running into form. Her last run can be upgraded as well after going off far too quick around Pontefract, with the return to a more speed favouring track here playing to her strengths if adopting the same tactics.

Joie De Vivre 15:00 Catterick £100 Cash

JOIE DE VIVRE won last time out on her first start for Martin Todhunter and can compete in the same grade but is faced with different underfoot conditions today. She seemed to relish the soft ground she had last time at Thirsk, which could have prompted her improvement, and the quicker ground today might not suit her as well as it suits her opposition in what appears to be a tight contest.

Smart Stat
James Watt 17:30 Yarmouth

2 – Michael Bell's number of winners in past 2 runnings.

Michael Bell has saddled the winner of this race the last twice and looks to have a good opportunity of continuing that record with JAMES WATT. His form last time took a small boost, with the winner running with credit in a top Newmarket handicap last week. He has run with credit all year, proving he isn't handicapped out of winning, and the return to a quicker surface over the same trip as last time will give him a good chance of continuing his trainers excellent recent record.
