Team News
Ole Gunnar Solskjae rwill be without the services of a key figure in the defense, Harry Maguire, who limped out with an ankle injury in the Astoin Villa game and is definitely ruled out for some time. Joining Maguire in the treatment room are Phil Jones, Daniel James and Anthony Martial.
All three are in recovery mode but given United's taxing schedule, they may not be risked for starts. Eric Bailly is expected to fill in Maguire's shoes in defense, while sidelined players like Alex Telles, Nemanja Matic and even Donny van de Beek may be given starts on Tuesday night.
Brendan Rodgers is plagued with injuries to key players ahead of the crucial Old Trafford clash. Wes Morgan, Jonny Evans, James Justin and Harvey Barnes are all set to miss out. Rodgers will also be wary of giving James Maddison and Ricardo Pereira starts following their returns from injury.
Timothy Castagne could feature on the right in the absence of Pereira while Ayoze Perez could feature behind the front two if Rodgers opts not to start with Maddison.
Manchester United possible starting XI:
Henderson (goal); Tuanzebe, Lindelof, Bailly, Telles; Matic, McTominay, Van de Beek; Mata; Greenwood, Cavani
Leicester City possible starting XI:
Schmeichel (goal); Amartey, Soyuncu, Fofana; Castagne, Ndidi, Tielemans, Thomas; Perez; Iheanacho, Vardy
A 2-1 result in favour of the hosts looks the most likely result unless a desperate Leicester side wanting to protect their Top Four place come up with something special.
