Fantasy Premier League tips: 5 players to sign for your FPL team in Gameweek 16

DOUBLE Winnings If a Penalty is Scored at Boylesports

With just two and a half days separating them, there isn't much time to celebrate, or bask in disappointment between Gameweeks 15 and 16 of the Fantasy Premier League.

Whether you're looking to tweak a winning team or revamp a lost cause these five players should serve you well this upcoming weekend.

Alexandre Lacazette, Arsenal

After their tough trip to Old Trafford, Arsenal set off on a run of fixtures which could see them crawl further up the table, with matches against Huddersfield, Southampton, Burnley and Brighton between Gameweek 16 and Boxing Day.

FPL managers should look to capitalise on this run by recruiting one of the Gunners' trusty strikers.

Alexandre Lacazette may be lagging behind Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the goalscoring stakes, but he has been impressive nonetheless.

The Frenchman has six goals and four assists in 14 Gameweeks and is almost certain to add to his tally between now and the New Year.

Robert Snodgrass, West Ham

In Gameweeks 13 and 14 Robert Snodgrass has quietly put himself forward as a midfielder worthy of a place in your Fantasy Premier League squad.

The Scot has cemented a regular place in Manuel Pellegrini's side and has paid the Chilean back with three assists in two matches.

Consider recruiting the playmaker as a budget fourth or fifth choice midfielder as West Ham continue their forgiving run of fixtures.

Harry Kane, Tottenham

Seven goals in three against Leicester, a hat-trick last time out against Burnley, and six in three against Everton.

Harry Kane's numbers against Spurs' upcoming opposition speak for themselves.

If you have the money spare and are looking to replace a maimed Sergio Aguero then Spurs' fantastic forward is your man.

Ben Foster, Watford

Ben Foster was sublime against Man City on Tuesday pulling off a string of saves which ultimately allowed the Hornets to give the reigning champions a scare.

With their dreaded fixture against Guardiola's Galacticos out of the way, Foster and co. now take on Everton, Cardiff and West Ham.

The keeper stands a good chance of picking up clean sheets against all three teams, as well as extra points for saves made.

Aymeric Laporte, Man City

With Watford mounting an unlikely comeback Pep Guardiola chucked on the rested Aymeric Laporte who instantly provided an assured presence in front of a besieged Man City goal.

Chelsea will offer a strong test of City's resolve on Saturday, but in recent history they have struggled in attack against the Citizens.

Maurizio Sarri's men haven't managed a goal in three games against City and with Laporte in their ranks they look steadier than ever.

FPL managers should seriously consider recruiting the Frenchman ahead of Gameweek 16.
