UEFA Champions League:

Man Utd v Lille k.o. Wed 19.45

Result: Man Utd 1:0 Lille FT

Lille Likely To Keep It Tight At Old Trafford
Manchester United seem to be riding their luck a little lately and it's difficult to envisage Lille being able to end that at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

The one thing that you can almost guarantee with Lille is that they will be well organised and difficult to breakdown, with their aim likely to be to catch the Red Devils on the break. Whether they are capable of causing enough problems to the United rearguard is another matter, with Abdul Kader Keita and Peter Odemwingie not the most prolific strikeforce in the business.

Sir Alex Ferguson is unlikely to want to simply sit on their 1st leg advantage, but will surely be tempted to rest a few of his key men should they take the lead in the match. The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Henrik Larsson, Wayne Rooney (if fit), Ryan Giggs, Louis Saha and Paul Scoles are all more than capable of breaching the French rearguard, but United are unlikely to exert themselves unduly once the tie is deemed safe.

Therefore, it might pay to punt the under 2.5 goals in this one, with Bet365's 17-20 looking a reasonable price.
