Peterborough are a club with big ambitions, with the new money from Darragh MacAnthony making them serious contenders for promotion from League Two this season.
Manager Keith Alexander has been strengthening his squad lately, while they have won their last four games in league and cup, including victories over Swansea City and Rotherham United from higher divisions.
By contrast, aside from a 2:1 victory over non-league minnows Leatherhead in the FA Cup, Torquay have failed to score in their last eight matches.
The 4-6 available on the Peterborough victory with William Hill looks a decent punt.
