As things stand, Ankaragucu are joint bottom of the Turkish Super Lig and have yet to win in nine games this season.However, their position is somewhat misleading, given that they have drawn six of their matches to date and have already had some very testing fixtures this term, including taking a point off both Trabzonspor and Galatasaray in each of their last two games.
Sunday afternoon sees mid-table Konyaspor visit Ankaragucu and they could provide the home team with the opportunity to claim that long-awaited first victory of the campaign. The 7-5 available with William Hill for the home win looks worth a speculative punt.
