Tony the new Tiger?

The John Deere golf tournament has kicked up some interesting winners in recent years and a first time winner could be the order of the day again as most of the world's top players are warming up in Scotland over the weekend.

John Senden won this last year and he is available at 50-1 in general. Jesper Parnevik has been in sparkling form lately and could be a nice e/w nibble at 40-1 general. Zach Johnson is a local favourite and has the form to win this by a few shots but it may be time for the aspiring Anthony Kim to begin his march to what he believes will be the #1 spot in the world by winning this weakened affair. 25-1 is not a terrific price but he scored second best in the final round at Oakmont so that form would have him as some value here. Take a chance on Tony the new Tiger.

Pick: Anthony Kim at 25/1

The Yankee was way off in this tournament although his 'man coming to form' in the last major write up K.J. Choi won last week at terrific odds.
